Condolences to the family. My father, Murray Lipton, was a colleague of Mr. Rapp at Fort Monmouth and always portrayed him as a congenial professional who was a friend and excellent co-worker. I know we visited the house when I was very young and don't remember much, but I remember his friendly grin.
