William Frederick Rapp Sr.

    William F. Rapp Sr., 80, of Holmdel, New Jersey, passed away peacefully at Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune, New Jersey on December 19, 2016.  William was born in Keyport, New Jersey, where he grew up.  After marriage, he and his wife, Anne, relocated to Middletown, New Jersey, before moving to Holmdel in 1963 to raise their family.  He worked as a Supervisory Electronics Engineer for the Department of the U.S. Army at Fort Monmouth for 36 years before his retirement.  He is predeceased by his parents, Fred Vincent and Helen (Dwyer) Rapp and his beloved wife, Anne (Merrill) Rapp.  William is survived by his loving children; William Frederick Rapp Jr. and his wife, Michele, of Eatontown, New Jersey, and Edward W. Rapp of Farmingdale, New Jersey, along with his dear sister, Joan Bothast of San Marino, California.  He will be sadly missed, but never forgotten.
