To our beloved Dougherty family, our thoughts and prayers are with you. Doc was one of a kind and 100% gentleman. Our memories go deep with his humor and values towards his family and relatives. He will be missed by all. However, he has left us with many memories that we will cherish for years. We are thankful that he has been part of our lives, he will live in our memories.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Please find comfort in God's sure promise of a resurrection as set forth in the Bible. (Acts 24:15; John 5:28,29) Those who are raised to life will have the prospect of never again be subjected to misery, sickness, or death. (Revelation 21:4) I hope that reflecting on these thoughts will give you some relief during this difficult time.

A big loss for our neighborhood. "Doc" was a friend to all, with always a wave and a smile.. God decided He needed a truly "gentle man" in Heaven. Doc will always be in our prayers and memories as a friend, neighbor and all around good guy. His legacy is the wonderful wife and family. God love them all.
