Pat, It breaks my heart to hear that you are gone. When you suddenly disappeared from in front of Navesink School, I feared the worst, but was told you had to retire due to health reasons. I never made the time to come and visit, which I deeply regret. I can only hope that you can forgive me. You were a bright spot in bad weather, and I will never forget how you would put yourself between my family and that ridiculous traffic over and over again like it was nothing. But it was something, and Big Something, and so were you. With all our love, and our wishes that you have the peaceful rest you truly deserve in Heaven, The Criscione Family

Our heartfelt condolences go out to Pat's family. Pat was a bright light for the Navesink Elementary School Community. Even the kids dragging their feet on the way to the doors, would perk up at the sight of Pat and her illuminating smile. She never missed a chance to pet our bulldog and pomeranian whenever we would walk with them to school--and if we didn't have them with us, her first question was "Where are my babies?" Every adult, child(and pet) that walked her way was luckier for having known her. Rest in peace, you will be missed,

Pat always had a positive thing to say as we walked to school at Navesink Elementary. She greeted all the Navesink families with a kindness you only get from a close friend or cherished loved one. She is missed. I wish I knew she had been ill as I would have come to see her. We miss her and know she is lighting up the heavens with her positive glow.
