Mildred (Seibold) Babkewicz

       Mildred Babkewicz, 96, of Holmdel, New Jersey passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Monday, May 16, 2016 at Bayshore Healthcare Center in Holmdel. She was born Mildred Seibold on March 3, 1920 in Manhattan, New York, where she grew up. In 1942, she and her husband, Edward Babkewicz were married and began their life together.

       She was predeceased by her parents, Gustave and Julia (Matthews) Seibold, her beloved husband, Edward J. Babkewicz, her daughter, Julia McIntosh, and her son-in-law, Martin Ariemma.  Mildred is survived by her loving daughters, Ruth Carey and her husband William of Nanuet, New York, Mildred Ariemma of Boonton, New Jersey; her cherished grandchildren, Edward McIntosh, Kelly Ann McDougal, James McIntosh, Christine Griggs, Jennifer Campanella, Christopher Ariemma, and Vincent Ariemma; and her adored great grandchildren, James, Kyle, Matthew, Dylan, Nicholas, Martin, Ryan, and Reagan. She will be sadly missed, but never forgotten.

        Family and friends are invited to visit on Thursday evening, May 19, 2016 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM, and Friday morning, May 20, 2016 from 8:45 to 9:30 AM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 3269 State Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Friday morning, May 20, 2016 at 10:00 AM, at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 376 Maple Place, Keyport, New Jersey 07735.
