Due to health conditions I was unable to attend the memorial service. I pray and cry every day for my friend Jimmy. We connected by phone when he lived in Edison and continued our beautiful relationship when he moved to Toms River. I'll never forget our conversations of the good old days in South River, his updates on the Mets, and his love of family. He touched my heart May God bless Jimmy with peace and love and my prayers will always be with his family.

Jimmy’s untimely passing comes as a shock to many. Having spent the later part of his life fighting an uphill battle, it’s a blessing he was finally able to reconnect with those whom he loved. With a genuine passion for music, his selections came with a keen, analytical understanding of what was relevant artistically while catering to the hedonistic nature of club culture. His excitement and personality lit up the room whether it was behind the booth, or hanging out at home.
I believe Jimmy continues on through his children, and the many other lives he made a lasting impression on during his time with us. My condolences, and much love to you all.
