Thomas F. Malinowski

Thomas F. Malinowski, 71, of Union Beach, New Jersey, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, June 23, 2018.  Thomas was born on September 10, 1946 in Manville, New Jersey, and grew up Manville and South Plainfield.  After marriage, Thomas raised his family in South Plainfield, before relocating to Martinsville, New Jersey, where he resided for approximately 20 years.  About 7 years ago, Thomas settled in Union Beach, New Jersey.  Before retirement, Thomas was the business owner and CEO of two Fire and Safety Equipment Companies/Stores;  Federated Emergency Services and Federated Fire Apparatus.  He was also a volunteer fireman for many years, as well as a member of the Polish National Home and The Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks.  An avid fisherman, one of Thomas' favorite ways to spend his free time was fishing.  He also enjoyed grabbing a drink with his beloved friends and family at many different local social gathering places.  Thomas' family requests that you please raise your glass in a toast for Thomas as a remembrance of the great times shared with him, in the fashion he enjoyed most.

He was predeceased by his parents, Anna (Starzinski) and Thomas F. Malinowski and his dear sister, Joanne Gallo.  Thomas is survived by his loving daughters, Lisa Mielnikiewicz and her husband, Leon, of Middletown, New Jersey, and Stacy Strano and her husband, Robert, of Martinsville, New Jersey, his cherished grandchildren, Taylor Strano, Thomas Mielnikiewicz, Robby Strano, and Lucas Mielnikiewicz, and his brother-in-law, William Gallo, along with many adored friends and extended family members.  Thomas will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
