John A. Mandola, 46, of Lakewood, New Jersey, passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2020. He was born on September 2, 1973 in Brooklyn, New York, where he grew up and lived into his early adulthood. In 1995, John relocated to New Jersey, where he remained to present day.
John was predeceased by his father, Michael Mandola. He is survived by his adoring mother, Theresa (Amato) Mandola, his son, John Mandola, the mother of his son, Nicole Fracapane, his loving siblings, Teresa Romero of Hazlet, Joseph Mandola and his wife, Kelley of Staten Island, New York, Salvatore Mandola and his wife, Tricia of Queens, New York, and Michael Mandola and his wife, Meaghan, of Hazlet. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Staci Mandola of Brooklyn, New York, his dear aunt, Dolores Fleischer, and his cherished nieces and nephews, Andrew Romero, Nicole Romero, Michelle Romero, Salvatore Mandola, Nicholas Mandola, Kylie Mandola, Santino Mandola, Christopher Mandola, along with one on the way. He also leaves behind many extended family members and friends. John will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
Family and friends are invited to visit on Sunday, July 19, 2020 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM and Monday morning, July 20, 2020 from 8:45 to 9:30 AM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday morning, July 20, 2020 at 10:15 AM at the Catholic Church of St. Ann, 311 Carr Avenue, Keansburg, New Jersey 07734.
