Carmella M. Manzo, 91, of Aberdeen, New Jersey, passed away on January 11, 2022. She was born Carmella M. Romeo in Newark, New Jersey, on March 21,1930. She began her married life with her beloved husband, Dominick, on August 7, 1949 and they settled in Aberdeen, where they raised their family. Carmella and her husband Dominick were the proprietors of Ace-Manzo, Inc., along with many other business endeavors.
She was predeceased by her parents, Vito and Maria (Sabia) Romeo, her beloved husband, Dominick Manzo, and her siblings, Joseph Romeo, Mary D'Amore, and Vito Romeo. Carmella is survived by her loving children, Frank Manzo and his wife, Michele, of Mooresville, Indiana, MaryAnn DeTerlizzi and her husband, Michael, of Magnolia, Delaware, Deborah Falco and her husband, Anthony, of Tinton Falls, along with her cherished grandchildren, Maria Duchin and her husband, Jared, Kristina Falco, and Dominick Falco and his wife, Micaela. She will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
Family and friends are invited to visit Friday, January 21, 2022, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM and Saturday morning, January 22, 2022, from 9:00 to 9:45 AM at Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday, January 22, 2022, at 10:30 AM at St. Clement's Roman Catholic Church, 172 Freneau Ave, Matawan, NJ 07747. Entombment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery Mausoleum Cemetery, Broadway, Keyport, New Jersey 07735.
