Santina Rose (Cagnina) Flohl

Santina Rose Flohl, 86, of Hazlet, New Jersey, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, January 20, 2021.  She was born Santina Cagnina on March 12, 1934 in Newark, New Jersey, where she grew up.  In 1958, she settled in Hazlet, New Jersey, where she raised her family.  Before her retirement, Santina worked as a domestic engineer for many years.  She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph Cagnina and Rose (Pignone) Aquilino, her beloved husband, Gerard Flohl, and her loving daughter, Loreen Ferrano.  Santina is survived by her loving children, Geraldine R. Lay and her husband, Warren, of Hazlet, and Carla O'Donnell and her husband, Ernest, of Middletown, her dear son-in-law, Timothy Ferrano of Laurence Harbor, and her cherished grandchildren, Clarissa Pittelli and her husband, Jeffrey, Timothy Ferrano, and Sean Ferrano.  Santina will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
