Roberta E. Howard

Roberta E. Howard, 77, of Hazlet, New Jersey, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Bayshore Community Hospital in Holmdel, New Jersey.  She was born Roberta E. Conway on June 7, 1941 in Pittston, Pennsylvania.  She grew up and lived the majority of her life in Keyport, New Jersey, before settling in Hazlet in 1998.  She was predeceased by her parents, William Henry and Ursula (Koharski) Conway, her beloved husband, William Howard, and four brothers and six sisters.  Roberta is survived by her loving daughters, Ursula Brower and her husband, William, of Morganville, New Jersey, Joanne Formon and her husband, William, of Matawan, New Jersey, Lisa Savoia and her husband, Joe, of Hazlet, New Jersey, and Grace Lambertz and her husband, Sean, of South Boundbrook, New Jersey, along with her dear sisters, Grace Sabini and her husband, Henry, and Irene Young, and her cherished grandchildren, Amanda, Bailee, Stephanie, Zoe, Natalie, Madison, and Sean.  Roberta will be sadly missed, but never forgotten.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Saturday, December 15, 2018 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730.  A prayer service will be offered at the funeral home during visitation hours.  In respect of Roberta's wishes, she will be privately cremated.  In lieu of flowers, donations in loving memory of Roberta to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, www.stjude.org, would be greatly appreciated.  For information, directions, or to send condolences to the family, please visit, www.shorepointfh.com.
