Richard Rodriguez

Richard Rodriguez, 48, of Delaware, passed away suddenly on Sunday, March 30, 2025. He was born May 30, 1976 in El Paso, Texas. He moved with his family to Flushing, Queens in 1986 and then to Bayshore, New York in 1993. Richard attended Brentwood High School Class of 1995.  He finally settled in Delaware in 2011. Richard was a car mechanic for Grants Auto Mechanics in Delaware. Most of all, Richard was a devoted son, brother, step-father, and uncle. He will be deeply missed, forever loved and never forgotten.

Richard is survived by his parents, Severo and Norma (Idiarte) Rodriguez, his sister Sandra Verity and her husband Jason of Parlin, New Jersey, his previous wives, Kelly and Tammy. He is also survived by his step-son Zion and his two nieces Tammi Verity and Ella Verity.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Saturday April 5, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North Hazlet, New Jersey 07730. Interment will be held on Monday April 7, 2025 at Marlboro Memorial Park, Route 79 Marlboro, New Jersey.
