Phyllis Mary Kaylor, 58, of Leonardo, New Jersey, passed away at her home on Saturday, December 25, 2021. She was born Phyllis Mary Belfiore on October 18, 1963, in Red Bank, New Jersey. She lived most of her life in Middletown and Belford, and most recently, resided in Leonardo, New Jersey. Phyllis married her beloved husband of 37 years, Arthur P. Kaylor on August 11, 1984. Phyllis worked as a caring Home Health Aid for many years. Phyllis was a very talented artist and helped many people find their way. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother, aunt and friend. Phyllis will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
She was predeceased by her parents, Vincent and Marie (Ferrara) Belfiore. Phyllis is survived by her beloved and devoted husband, Arthur P. Kaylor, her loving children, Arthur C. Kaylor and his wife, Nicole of Middletown, New Jersey, Steven Michael Kaylor and his girlfriend, Heather of Leonardo, New Jersey, Marie Nicole Bedara and her husband, James of Matawan, New Jersey, and Nicole Michelle Kaylor of Leonardo, New Jersey, her dear siblings, Karen McHugh and her husband, William, Joseph Belfiore and his wife, Joann and Chris Belfiore and her partner, Glen Yeatts, and her cherished grandchild, Addison Jane Kaylor. Phyllis is also survived by many treasured nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Thursday, December 30, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730. A prayer service will be held during the afternoon visitation hours at the funeral home. In respect of Phyllis’s wishes, she will be privately cremated.
