Patricia Ann Bennett, 56, of Ocean Gate, New Jersey, passed away on Monday, April 4, 2022, at Community Medical Center in Toms River, New Jersey. She was born Patricia Ann Watson on January 31,1966, in Long Branch, New Jersey. Patty lived in Keyport, Cliffwood Beach and Hazlet before moving to Ocean Gate, New Jersey. She married her beloved husband on June 17, 1989. Patty worked for Johnson & Johnson in New Brunswick as an Administrative Assistant. She loved her beer, Michelob Ultra and Fireball, she enjoyed going on her pontoon boat, loved the beach, camping, loved her family, making her kids happy. She was a friend to all; she was a very happy person, and she was full of love. She loved her six puppies, Chevy, Nova, Dodge, Buddy, Lucky and Fireball. She will be greatly missed and never forgotten.
She was predeceased by her parents, John and Janet (Fink) Watson, her adored son, Thomas John Bennett, and her sister, Tina Raimondi. Patty is survived by her beloved husband, John Glen Bennett of Ocean Gate, New Jersey, her loving children, William Ronald Bennett and Karry Ann Bennett, who is expecting a child, her sister cousin, Bonnie Poling and her husband, Al Poling, her dear siblings, David Watson and Judy Watson. Patty is also survived by her caring brothers-in-law, John Raimondi, Mark Bennett and his wife, Shirley and Ronald Bennett and his fiancé, Jodi, along with extended family and friends.
Family and friends are invited to visit on Friday, April 8, 2022, from 3:30 to 7:30 PM and Saturday morning, April 9, 2022, from 9:45 to 10:30 AM at Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730. A prayer service will be offered by Pastor Barry Mulligan from the Hazlet Bible Church on Saturday morning, April 9, 2022, at 10:15 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Fair View Cemetery, 456 State Highway 35, Middletown, New Jersey 07701.
