Mr. Nicholas Michael Chionchio, Jr., age 78, passed away peacefully on September 15, 2025, in Holmdel, New Jersey. Born on April 11, 1947, in Brooklyn, New York, he lived a life marked by dedication to his craft, deep love for his family, and a generous spirit that touched all who knew him.
Nicholas began his journey with aspirations of becoming a butcher. However, after serving in the military and working in the motor pool repairing vehicles, he discovered a new passion for automotive repair. This pivotal experience led him to establish Morgan Frame Specialists, Inc., which he proudly owned and operated for over four decades with his loving wife, Judith. His commitment to excellence and genuine love for his work earned him the respect of colleagues and customers alike. He was not only skilled but also deeply fulfilled by helping others through his work.
Family was at the heart of Nicholas’s life. He is survived by two daughters, Tracey Buczynski and her husband Anthony of Aberdeen, NJ, Melissa Chionchio of Mamaroneck, NY and brother Joseph Chionchio and his wife Patricia Nicholas also leaves behind two loving grandsons Nicholas Michael and Ian Christopher. Nicholas was preceded in death by his beloved wife Judith Chionchio, as well as his parents Molly and Nicholas Chionchio.
Outside of work, Nicholas found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He was an avid fan of the New York Yankees and rarely missed a game. He loved barbecuing for family gatherings and treasured every moment spent surrounded by loved ones. Known for his kind and giving nature, Nicholas was always ready to lend a hand—whether fixing a car or offering support to friends and family.
