Michael R Terpak, Jr.

Michael R. Terpak, Jr., 79, of Hazlet, New Jersey, passed away Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Regency Nursing and Rehab Center in Hazlet, New Jersey.  Michael was born on June 6, 1939 in Jersey City, New Jersey, he lived in Georgia and in 1971 he moved to Cliffwood Beach before settling in Hazlet in April of 2006.  

He was predeceased by his parents, Michael and Rita Terpak and his beloved wife, Alice (Carp) Terpak. Michael is survived by his loving children, Michele Terpak, Alice Terpak, Michael Terpak IV and his wife, Christine, of Union Beach and Timothy Terpak and his wife, Denise, of Sunman, Indiana. He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren, Daniel Czelinacz, Michael Terpak V, Ryan Terpak, Lauren Terpak, Briawna Ball and Olivia Terpak. Michael will be sadly missed, but never forgotten.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Friday, September 14, 2018 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730.
