Michael Quinn Obituary

Michael C. Quinn, 57, of Middletown, New Jersey, passed away peacefully at home on April 1st, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.  Mike was born on May 12th, 1966, in Red Bank, New Jersey, and grew up in Hazlet, New Jersey. Mike was a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend to many.

Mike was the sixth of seven kids to his loving parents, John and Kathleen Quinn. He loved being a part of a large family and spending time together. He always shared fond memories of growing up spending weekends at Holmdel Park, camping as a boy scout, bike riding, and enjoying outdoor activities with his many siblings, extended family, and friends.

He graduated from Raritan High School and later attended Rutgers University and Ball State University, earning his Bachelor’s degree and Master’s of Business Administration, respectively. He started his career in telecommunications and most recently spent over 21 years at AT&T working in supply chain management.

In 1988, Mike met his loving wife Christine while they were both working at Arnold Walter Nursing Home. They later married in 1993 and settled into their home in Middletown, NJ, where they spent over 30 years together raising their family. Mike and Chris enjoyed making memories with their three children, whether it be picnicking at the park, cheering them on at their sporting events, spending days at Sandy Hook, or taking family vacations together. Mike took great pride in the family that he built with Christine and enjoyed every moment spent with her and his kids.

He was predeceased by his parents, John and Kathleen Quinn, his father-in-law Robert O’Sullivan, his brothers-in-law, Robert O’Sullivan and Bo Yahara.  Michael is survived by his loving wife Christine P. Quinn, his children Kaitlin Quinn and her wife Juliet, Kara Quinn, and Brian Quinn, his siblings Denis Quinn, John Quinn and his wife Suzanne, Maureen Wood and her husband Rich, Eileen Quinn, Kristine Quinn, Patrick Quinn and his wife Allison, his dear mother-in-law Bridget O’Sullivan, his brothers- and sisters-in-law Kevin O’Sullivan and his wife Dena, Teresa O’Sullivan and her fiance Tom Keeler, and Karen O’Sullivan, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many friends. He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
