Maryann McDonald

Maryann McDonald, 78, 0f Middletown, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at Care One at King James, Middletown, New Jersey.  Maryann was born on January 2, 1947, in Newark, New Jersey and later moved to Keansburg, New Jersey, where she remained with her family.  She retired after many years of being a dedicated, nurses aid at Arnold Walter Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Holmdel, New Jersey.

Maryann will be lovingly remembered for being a generous person that never said “no” to anyone.  She had enormous love for her family and would go to any lengths to ensure their well-being and happiness.  Maryann appreciated the beauty of flowers and was known to be an avid Bingo player; both made her smile.  

She was predeceased by her beloved parents, James and Rose Conklin, her loving husband, Richard McDonald Sr, her kind son, John Conklin, a brother, James Conklin and her precious dog Rosie.  Maryann is survived by her caring son, Richard McDonald Jr., of Keansburg, New Jersey, her siblings, Rose Drust of Hazlet, New Jersey, Camille Linkel of Keyport, New Jersey and many nieces and nephews.  Maryann will be greatly missed, always loved and never forgotten.
