Madeline G. Helfrich, 56, of Hazlet, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at University of Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was born Madeline G. McLane on October 18, 1968, in Red Bank, New Jersey and lived her entire life in Hazlet. Over the years, Madeline worked as a paralegal for Rudnick, Addonezio, Pappa, & Casazza PC in Hazlet. She was a loving wife, sister, aunt, and friend to many. Madeline will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
She was predeceased by her parents, William and Gertrude (Malpas) McLane, her father-in-law, Jacob Helfrich, and her nephew, Thomas Sauickie Jr. Madeline is survived by her beloved husband, Robert Jacob Helfrich, her dear brother, Scott McLane, her mother-in-law, Virginia (Caskey) Helfrich, her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Deborah Sauickie and her husband, Thomas, and Glenn Helfrich and his wife, Debbie, her cherished niece and nephew, Jenna Sampson and her husband, Adam, and Jake Sauickie, and her treasured great nieces, Shelby Sampson, Ellie Sampson, Marceline Sampson, Chloe Sauickie, and Novalee Sauickie.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, April 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM at St. Benedict Roman Catholic Church, 165 Bethany Road, Holmdel, New Jersey 07733. Entombment will follow at Holmdel Cemetery Mausoleum, 900 Holmdel Road, Holmdel, New Jersey 07733.
