Lucia Fajardo

Lucia Fajardo, 92, of the Bronx, New York passed away peacefully on Friday, October 9, 2020, at Care One in Jackson. Lucia was born on December 26, 1927 in Santiago, Cuba. She was a seamstress in the garment district in Manhattan for many years. She enjoyed watching soap operas, day trips, weekend family events, going out to eat, and loved Christmas.

Lucia was predeceased by her loving husband Manuel Fajardo in 2006. She is survived by her son Anthony Fajardo, and his wife Jennifer of Hazlet, and her grandchildren Lucas and Danica. Lucia will be sadly missed, but never forgotten.

Arrangements were entrusted to Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730. In respect of Lucia’s wishes, she will be privately cremated. A Memorial Service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, October 17th, from 4:00PM to 6:00PM.
