Lucette G. Fouassier

Lucette G. Fouassier, 79, passed away at The Chelsea at Tom’s River, on Saturday, July 4, 2020. She was born Lucette G. Knipper on November 4, 1940 in Poissy, France, where she grew up. On October 22, 1960, she married her beloved husband, Jean Claude in France. In 1961, they moved to the United States and resided in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Later on, they resided in Union Beach, New Jersey before moving to Hazlet, New Jersey in 1970 where she raised her family and remained.  Before retirement, Lucette worked as a purchasing agent for International Flavors and Fragrances, IFF, Hazlet, New Jersey.

Lucette was predeceased by her parents, Elise (LeSausse) and Georges Knipper and her beloved husband, Jean Claude Fouassier. She is survived by her loving children, Corinne E. Sydor and her husband, Craig of Port Monmouth, New Jersey and Stephane Fouassier of Keyport, New Jersey, and her cherished grandchildren, Jean Claude Fouassier, Ryan Sydor, and Antonio Fouassier. Lucette will be deeply missed and never forgotten.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730.  A Prayer Service will be offered on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 during visitation hours. As per the regulations imposed through the State of New Jersey, there will now be a maximum of 50 persons allowed in the funeral home at one time.  In order to accommodate all of Lucette's family and friends, we ask that you please be brief while visiting in order to make room for additional guests to pay their respects; we thank you for your understanding during this time.
