Linda F. Storzieri, 68, of Highlands, NJ, passed away peacefully on February 8, 2025. Born in Newark, NJ, on July 21, 1956, Linda spent most of her life in Highlands, where she built a warm and loving home for her family.
Linda dedicated over 40 years of her career to Monmouth Medical Center, where she held several roles, with her longest tenure as a Unit Secretary. Her commitment to her work and the people she encountered left a lasting impact on those around her.
Above all else, Linda cherished her family. She was the heart of every gathering, always ensuring that those around her felt welcome and cared for. Her kindness, generosity, and unwavering support for her loved ones will never be forgotten. In her younger years, Linda had a passion for dancing, a love that ultimately led her to meet the love of her life, Gregg, on the dance floor. Shopping was another joy of hers, and she and her daughter, Alyse, shared a treasured tradition of Black Friday shopping for many years. Linda also had a deep love for the beach, where she enjoyed soaking up the sun and enjoying the breeze.
Linda is survived by her devoted husband of 37 years, Gregory Storzieri; her loving children, Damian Schmidt, Alyse Engel and her husband Robert. Linda is also survived by her dear sister, Gina Grumbach and her husband John and her brother Richard Schmidt and his wife Nancy. She was predeceased by her parents, George and Martha Schmidt.
Linda’s kindness, warmth, and love will be deeply missed but forever cherished in the hearts of those who knew her.
