Poem written by Linda Romo Hoff:
If I should die
Please don’t cry
Don’t say goodbye
And don’t ask why
My tortured soul
will be at rest
I’ll be at home
with all the best
The ones were there
When I was born
The ones I lost
and how I mourned
So many I love
will be left behind
the special ones
whom I call mine
I’ll see you cry
I’ll see your smile
I’ll be watching over you
All the while
There’s no death
Just change of life
I’ll be there to welcome you
And guide you towards the light
With open arms
I’ll keep you safe
and bring you to
this lovely place
So when I die
Please don’t cry
Don’t ask why
Don’t say goodbye
