Leonard A Romanski

Leonard A. Romanski, 64, of Matawan, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 6, 2024, at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune, New Jersey surrounded by the love of his family.  Leonard was born on October 30, 1960, in Jersey City, New Jersey, where he was raised.  Leonard and his family moved to Matawan in 2000.  He was a retired carpenter for Local Union, 254 in Edison, New Jersey for many years.  During his life, he enjoyed live music, attending concerts and rock n roll. 

Leonard is predeceased by his beloved parents, Richard and Maryann (Laskowski) Romanski, and his twin brother, Ronald Romanski in 2006. He is survived by his loving wife, Jeannie (Bleza) Romanski, his cherished children, Leonard Romanski and his wife Jenna of Manalapan, New Jersey,  Peter Romanski and his wife Kristina of Keyport, New Jersey, Joseph Romanski of Howell, New Jersey and Lisa Gittell and her husband Brendan of Shark River Hills, New Jersey, his caring siblings, Mark Romanski, Deanna Johnson and her husband Theodore, Susan Awad and her husband David, Lorraine Krisinski and her husband Jimmy, Judy Olenhaus, Teresa Romanski, and Richard Romanski and his wife Marie, his adoring grandchildren, Meaghan Romanski, River Romanski, Rowan Romanski, Anjelica Romanski, Peter John Romanski, Kailani Gittell, Ruby Romanski, and Arthur Romanski as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.  Leonard was a wonderful son, husband, father, brother, grandfather and uncle.  He will be greatly missed, always loved and never forgotten. 

Family and friends are invited to visit on Tuesday, December 10th, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, December 11th, at Saint Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church, 624 Page Ave and corner of Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, New Jersey 07071.  Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, New Jersey.
