Laurie Ann (Perlongo) Zappulla

Laurie Ann Perlongo Zappulla, 62, of Delray Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, February 21, 2024.  Laurie was born on June 13, 1961 in Brooklyn, New York, where she grew up.  In 1988, Laurie moved to Coral Springs, Florida.  She also lived in Virginia and New Jersey, before returning to Florida, settling in Del Ray Beach.  Laurie was a loving daughter, wife, mother, sister, and friend to many.  She will be greatly missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.

She was predeceased by her father, Mario Perlongo.  Laurie is survived by her adoring mother, Catherine (Marino) Perlongo, her beloved and devoted husband, Paul Zappulla, her loving son, Jordan Zappulla, and her dear brother, Richard Perlongo.

In respect of Laurie's wishes, she was privately cremated.  Family and friends are invited to visit on Saturday, March 9, 2024 from 1:00 to 4:00 PM at Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730.  A prayer service will be offered at the funeral home during visitation hours.  For information, directions, or to send condolences to the family, please visit, www.shorepointfh.com.
