Kostantinos Ioannis Rexinis

Kostantinos Ioannis Rexinis, fondly known as Kosta, 53, of Holmdel, New Jersey, passed away peacefully, at his home, on May 5, 2025. Kosta was born in Summit, New Jersey on January 26, 1972 and grew up in Staten Island, New York. He then settled with his family in Holmdel, New Jersey in 1990. Kosta was a well-known entrepreneur and restaurateur.

Kosta was predeceased by his father John K. Rexinis. He is survived by his beloved wife Kara (Phillips) Rexinis, his cherished daughter, Panagiota Rexinis, his loving mother, Betty (Kakounis) Rexinis, his dear brother, Demetri Rexinis and his wife Madelyn, along with their son, his cherished Godson, Ioanni Rexinis. Also, his mother in law Suzanne Graziano, along with his treasured extended family members and countless friends. Kosta will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.

In respect of his family’s wishes, all services were private. A funeral Liturgy was held at Kimisis Tis Theotokou Greek Orthodox Church, 20 Hillcrest Road, Holmdel, New Jersey 07733. Kosta was laid to rest at Holmdel Cemetery, 900 Holmdel Road, Holmdel, New Jersey 07733.
