Kathleen "Kathy" Mezzetti-Angel

Kathleen Mezzetti-Angel, 59, of Monroe Township, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on January 30, 2021 at Princeton Medical Center in Princeton, New Jersey.  She was born Kathleen Potterton on July 2, 1961 in El Cajon, California.  Kathy  was  raised in Monmouth County before settling 2019 in Monroe, New Jersey with her husband, Daniel Angel. Kathleen was a loving wife, mother, daughter and friend to many, and will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.

Kathleen is survived by her  devoted husband of Daniel Angel, her loving son, Hunter Mezzetti, her beloved mother, Lillian Bauer-Piccirillo, her dear siblings, David Potterton and his wife, Muffy and Lillian Mosley and her husband Chris. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Thursday, February 4, 2021 from 2:30 to 4:00 PM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730.  A prayer service will be offered at the funeral home during visitation hours. In respect of Kathleen's wishes, she will be privately cremated. As per the regulations imposed through the State of New Jersey, there will now be a maximum of 100 persons allowed in the funeral home at one time.  In order to accommodate all of Kathleen’s family and friends, we ask that you please be brief while visiting in order to make room for additional guests to pay their respects; we thank you for your understanding during this time. Face protection is also required as per state regulations.
