Kathleen Sherlotti

Kathleen Sherlotti, 62, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, New Jersey.  She was born Kathleen Hornster on March 18, 1959 in Irvington, New Jersey and grew up in Cliffwood, New Jersey.  After marriage, Kathleen and her husband, Louis, raised their family in Howell and Ocean Township. 

Kathleen was a very loving, friendly, and outgoing person, and was always known as a great conversationalist amongst her family and friends.  She had a hard life, but always strived forward no matter what circumstances came her way.  Most of all, Kathleen was a loving wife, mother, and sister.  She will be greatly missed, and never forgotten.

She was predeceased by her parents, Leonard and Ann (Wastog) Hornster, and her beloved husband, Louis Sherlotti.  Kathleen is survived by her loving children, Kristen Cohen and her husband, Brian, of Hazlet, Katelyn Sherlotti of Matawan, and Matthew Sherlotti of Matawan, her dear sister, Barbara Hornster of Parlin, and a cherished granddaughter – baby girl Cohen on-the-way.
