June Elaine Muller

June Elaine Muller, 91, of the Bayshore area, passed away peacefully on September 12, 2026, at Arnold Walter Nursing and Rehabilitation in Holmdel, New Jersey. Born on June 28, 1935, in Queens, New York, she lived a long and meaningful life marked by devotion to her family, her faith, and the many people whose lives she touched with her gentle spirit.

Born in Queens, New York, June lived in New Jersey and Pennsylvania settling back to the Bayshore area, where she remained and built a life centered on home, church, and family. She was a Christian whose faith guided her daily life and gave her strength through every season. Those who knew her will remember her as a loving, kind, and thoughtful woman whose presence brought comfort and warmth to others.

June was a talented and dedicated church organist for Faith Reformed Church (Hazlet), Trinity Reformed Church (West New York) several church in PA, Trinity Episcopal (Matawan) and Tower Hill Church (Red Bank) where she filled in and sang in their choir. Music was one of the great joys of her life, and she shared that gift faithfully and beautifully for many years. She found deep purpose in playing the organ, and her music enriched worship services and touched the hearts of all who heard her. Above all else, playing the organ and spending time with her family were the center of her world, and both brought her immense joy and fulfillment.

She also enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening, and tending to her flower bed. These simple pleasures reflected the care and devotion she brought to everything she did. Whether she was preparing a meal, nurturing her garden, or spending time with loved ones, June approached life with patience, grace, and a generous heart. Her home was a place of comfort and love, and she created a welcoming atmosphere wherever she was.

June was predeceased by her beloved parents, Roy and Myrtle (McKenzie) Schaefer. She was also predeceased by her husband, Rev. Theodore Muller. She is survived by her loving children, Keith Rescorl and his wife Sandra Vazquez and Susan King. Her cherished grandchildren, Cheyenne Rescorl and Shannon King. Former son-in-law, William King. Also her cousins Donna and Barbara and their families.

Her loving stepchildren, Kathy, Bob and Gail with Grandchildren Rebecca, Ross, Holly, Brian, Katlyn and Kyle and great-grandchildren.

She is remembered with love by those who survive her and by all who were fortunate enough to know her. June’s life was a testament to devotion, faith, and kindness. She gave generously of herself through her music, her care for others, and the steady love she offered to her family. Her memory will remain a blessing to all who knew her, and her legacy will live on in the hearts of those she loved. Though she will be deeply missed, her spirit will continue to be felt in the lives she touched and the memories she created.

In respect of June’s wishes, she will be privately cremated. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service that will be offered at 2:00 PM, on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at Tower Hill Church, 255 Harding Road, Red Bank, New Jersey   07701.
