Judith A. Everhard, 75, of Aberdeen, New Jersey, passed away peacefully at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank, New Jersey surrounded by her loving family on January 31, 2024. She was born Judith Haley in Perth Amboy, New Jersey on May 10, 1948. Judy grew up in Keyport, New Jersey and settled with her husband Casper after they married in 1970 in Aberdeen, New Jersey, where they raised their family and remained. Judy retired from the Perth Amboy School System after teaching for forty years.
She was predeceased by her beloved parents Calvin and Dorothy (Volpe) Haley, as well as her brother Calvin John Haley. Judith is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years Casper A. Everhard Jr, her loving son Casper A. Everhard III and his wife Aimee, her daughter Angelina Everhard, her daughter Nora Andersen and her husband Tom, her daughter Kelly Everhard and her partner Stephen Slack, her sister Kathleen Uras, her cherished granddaughters Minnie Yeko, Lainie Hope Andersen, Elise Maeve Andersen, Nylah Haley Slack, along with a host of nieces, nephews,extended family and friends.Judy was happiest spending time with her family and friends. She cherished every moment in the arms of the love of her life Casper, dancing to their song “Unchained Melody.” She loved trips down to Atlantic City, sliding her playing card in the slot machine and relaxing with whomever she loved that joined her each time. Judy would never let a birthday or holiday for her children be missed, ensuring a loving and well underlined card was always received. Spending time playing and laughing with her grandchildren has been the biggest highlight to her life over the last decade. Her huge heart and fiesty Irish attitude will be deeply missed. She will be forever loved and always remembered by all her family and friends.
Family and friends are invited to visit on Monday February 5, 2024 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM and Tuesday February 6, 2024 from 8:45 to 9:30 AM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc. 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Tuesday February 6, 2024 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph/Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, 376 Maple Place, Keyport, New Jersey 07735.
