Joseph Angelo Pinto

Joseph Angelo Pinto, 84, of Keyport passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at Bayshore Medical Center, Holmdel, New Jersey.  Joseph was born in Newark, New Jersey on October 2, 1938. As a young child Joseph’s family moved to the Union Beach area where he lived most of his life.   In high school, in addition to being voted "Best Looking"  Joseph met the love of his life Lois Leonardis and they married on February 2nd, 1959. Together they raised a wonderful family.  Joseph served his country honorably in the United States Army.  He retired after many years from Jersey Central Power and Light, Union Beach area, where he worked as a Chief in the Utility and Maintenance area.  Joseph was a dedicated, son, husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He will greatly missed and never forgotten. 

Joseph was predeceased by his beloved parents, Anthony and Nancy (Parente) Pinto and his brother Anthony Pinto.  He is survived by his loving wife, Lois Ann (Leonardis) Pinto, his devoted children, Jeff Pinto and his wife Tina, Joe Pinto and daughter in law, Samantha Bame and Cindy M. Nicholl and her husband Dan, his cherished grandchildren, Megan, Frankie and his wife, Nieves, Carly, Jenna, Jordan, Jacob and Madelyn and his adored great granddaughter Aurora and his dear brother John Pinto.
