Joseph Anthony Bruno

Joseph Anthony Bruno, 24, of Holmdel, New Jersey, passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2023. Joseph was born on July 16, 1998, in Staten Island, New York, where he spent his early childhood. In 2005, his family settled in Holmdel, where he was raised until he ventured out on his own, living in Los Angeles.

Joseph was a self-employed entrepreneur and an inspiration to all. He was a creative person who loved music, photography, motor cross, the sunset, long aimless drives, and bringing people and ideas together. His smile lit up any room he walked into; his energy was contagious. Joseph was very spontaneous and was always up for an adventure. He was incredibly passionate about his life and career goals, but his priority was taking care of his family, especially his mom who was his entire world. Joseph dreamed bigger than most. He was always reaching for the stars and thought that anything was possible as long as you believe in yourself. In Joseph’s 24 years, he accomplished more things than most do in a lifetime.

He was a loving son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend to many. Joseph will be deeply missed and never forgotten. He is predeceased by his grandparents, John Nemeth, Nicholas Bruno, and Joseph Sansone. Joseph is survived by his beloved parents, Suzanne and Nicholas Bruno of Holmdel, his loving brother, Nicholas Bruno and his wife, Nicole, of Holmdel, his adoring grandmothers, Patricia Sansone and Ruby Nemeth, and his dear aunts and uncles, Michele Mahala and her husband Edward, Charles Nemeth, and John Nemeth and his wife Kathy. Joseph also leaves behind his cherished cousins, Samantha Ahearn, Jessica Ahearn, Jillian Mahala, John Nemeth and his wife Christina, Matthew Nemeth, Justin Nemeth, and Alan Nemeth, along with many special close friends.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday morning, May 4, 2023, at 9:15 AM at St. Catharine Roman Catholic Church, 108 Middletown Road, Holmdel, New Jersey 07733.  Entombment will follow at Holmdel Cemetery Mausoleum, 900 Holmdel Road, Holmdel, New Jersey 07733.  In lieu of flowers, donations in loving memory of Joseph to EISS (Early Intervention Support Services) would be greatly appreciated.  Please make checks payable to Monmouth Medical Center Foundation with memo on the check "In loving memory of Joseph Bruno for EISS".  Please mail check to 300 2nd Avenue, Long Branch, New Jersey 07740.  For information, directions, or to send condolences to the family, please visit, www.shorepointfh.com.
