John J. McFadden Jr.

John J. McFadden Jr., 65, of Hazlet, New Jersey, passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at Bayshore Community Hospital in Holmdel.  John was born on October 24, 1954 in Staten Island, New York, where he grew up.  In 1971 during his teenage years, John and his family settled in Cliffwood Beach, New Jersey.  On July 10, 1993 John and his wife, Karen, were married and began their life together.  Recently in 2016, they moved to Hazlet.  Throughout his life, John worked as a self-employed painter.  He was a beloved husband, son, brother, uncle and friend.

He was predeceased by his parents, John and Amelia Mollie (Palmieri) McFadden.  John is survived by his beloved and devoted wife of 26 years, Karen (Mikuski) McFadden, his dear siblings, Linda Cooke and her husband, Bill, of Florida, Carolyn Smith and her husband, Lee, of South Amboy, New Jersey and Debbie McFadden of Florida, along with many cherished nieces and nephews, extended family members and friends.
