John Hernandez, 70, of Keyport passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at Bayshore Medical Center, Holmdel, New Jersey. John was born on November 29, 1953, in the Lower East side of Manhattan, New York. He lived in various areas of New York City, New York until moving to Keyport, New Jersey in 2019. He was the owner and proprietor for many years of Bell Star Towers, Brooklyn, New York.
John served his country proudly in the United States Air Force. He was a dedicated donor to the Wounded Warriors. He was honored by The Latino American Who’s Who. John will be greatly missed, always loved and never forgotten.
He is predeceased by his beloved parents, Francisco and Felicita (Hernandez) Hernandez. He is survived by his caring wife, Patricia Hernandez, his loving sisters, Jennette Hernandez, Nydia Mitchell and Haydee Morcilio . He was an uncle to one niece and two nephews, as well as an uncle to grand nieces and nephews. He was a devoted son, husband, brother, uncle and friend. He will be greatly missed, always loved and never forgotten.
