John Cioffi, 52, of Hazlet, New Jersey, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Monday, September 27, 2021 at Bayshore Medical Center in Holmdel. John was born on February 25, 1969 in Brooklyn, New York, where he grew up and in 1986, John relocated to Rockaway, New York. On October 24, 1997, John and his wife, Ann, were married and began their lives together. Shortly after in 1999, they settled in Hazlet, New Jersey, where they remained to raise their family. John was presently worked for FedEx Ground as a Fork Lift Operator in Monmouth Junction. Most of all, John was a loving husband, son, father, brother, uncle and friend to many. He will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
He was predeceased by his father, Ralph Cioffi. John is survived by his beloved and devoted wife of 24 years, Ann (Macaluso) Cioffi, his adoring mother, Marie (Motto) Cioffi, his loving children, Lucca Cioffi, Jessica Cioffi, and Eva Cioffi, and his dear siblings, Michael Cioffi and his wife, Helene Banks, and Eileen Cioffi and her husband, Richard Iocolano. John also leaves behind his cherished sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Lena Macaluso, Mario Macaluso and his wife, Trish, and Joseph Macaluso and his wife, Donna, and his treasured nieces and nephews, Nicole Bono, Christian Macaluso, Ryan Cioffi, James Macaluso, Sophia Macaluso, Nicholas Macaluso, Logan Cioffi, Richard V. Iocolano, Samantha Macaluso, and Olivia Macaluso.
Family and friends are invited to visit on Friday, October 1, 2021 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 7:00 to 10:00 PM and Saturday morning, October 2, 2021 from 9:15 to 10:00 AM at Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday morning, October 2, 2021 at 10:30 AM at St. Benedict Roman Catholic Church, 165 Bethany Road, Holmdel, New Jersey 07733.
