John Anderson, better known as “uncle” succumbed to his injuries on Thursday, August 15th, 2024, from a freak ladder fall, decorating his apartment, better known as, “the birdcage”, back in June this year. John was born on April 7, 1953, in Jersey City, New Jersey, and grew up and lived most of his life in Hazlet. About 5 years ago, he settled in Matawan. Unk, the life of the party, could light up a room with his smile, and his great jokes. He loved to decorate, making every holiday special for his family year after year. The most important thing in life to Uncle was family and making people laugh. Laughing and celebration of life would be what uncle would want from those he loved. He we will be honored, loved and remembered.
