Jennifer Marie Hoagland, passed away on January 25, 2026, in Philadelphia, PA, at the age of 42. Born on August 16, 1983, in Red Bank, NJ, Jennifer's life was a testament to the power of warmth and generosity that she extended to all who knew her.
Jennifer spent her early years lived in Long Branch. In 2008, Jennifer made Hazlet her home, and there she began to lay down roots in the community. Her journey took her to Allentown, PA, in 2017, where she continued to touch lives before returning to New Jersey in 2025, settling in Parlin.
Professionally, Jennifer dedicated herself to the service of others as a dispatcher at Able Medical Transport in Hillside, New Jersey. Her voice was often the first to offer reassurance in times of need, and her ability to remain calm under pressure brought comfort to many in their most critical moments.
She was the loving heart of her family, a cherished daughter, granddaughter, niece, sister, and aunt. Jennifer was predeceased by her mother, Donna Elizabeth Drower, her grandparents, Joe Schenkel, Edward and Dolores McDermott, and her great-grandparents, Al and Helen Bean and James Drower Sr.. Her memory will be treasured by her surviving grandmother, Carol Schenkel, her adoring sisters, Ashley Watts and her husband Thomas, and Paige Novak and her husband Grant, and her father, James Edward Drower. Jennifer's legacy will live on through her beloved niece and nephews, Thomas, Tyler, and Emma Watts, and she will be fondly remembered by her uncles, Douglas McDermott and Michael Drower. Jennifer is also survived by her 17 year old fur-baby Trivium.
Jennifer's life was a portrait of love, a narrative woven with threads of care, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to her family and community. Her absence will be deeply felt, but the impact of her love and the memories she created will endure in the hearts of those she leaves behind. Jennifer Marie Hoagland's story is not one of an ending, but a continuing legacy of love that will ripple through generations. Her spirit, a guiding light, will remain a source of comfort and inspiration to all who were blessed to know her.
