James "Jim" M Fisher

James “Jim “M. Fisher Jr., 69, of Hazlet passed away at home with his loving wife by his side on Monday, September 23, 2024.  Jim was born on March 24, 1955, in Rahway, New Jersey. He met and married the love of his life, Nancy Pichalski, on May 27, 1978, in Avenel, New Jersey.  In 1989 they moved to Hazlet, New Jersey where they remained to raise their family.  He retired from PSEG, Jersey City, New Jersey, where he worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator.  Jim loved boating and fishing.  As much as Jim enjoyed antique cars he was happy spending time working on them. 

He was predeceased by his parents, James M.Fisher and Claire Balog and his brother, John Fisher.  He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Nancy A. Pichalski Fisher, his cherished children, Jessica Angelo and her husband Robert of Scottsdale, Arizona, James M. Fisher III of Union Beach, New Jersey and Jade C. Lovasz and her husband Robert of Old Bridge, New Jersey, and his brother, Joseph Fisher, Keyport, New Jersey.  Jim was a devoted husband, father and brother.  He will be greatly missed, always loved and never forgotten.
