Gloria K. (Restaino) Hopwood

Gloria K. Hopwood, 67, of Keyport, New Jersey, passed away at home on Wednesday, December 25, 2019.  She was born Gloria K. Restaino on November 28, 1952 in Kearny, New Jersey and grew up in Newark.  After marriage, Gloria and her husband, Thomas, raised their family in Irvington, New Jersey.  Two years ago in February of 2018, Gloria settled in Keyport, New Jersey.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and just became a great grandmother after her passing.

She was predeceased by her parents, Ralph and Viola (Maringer) Restaino and her beloved husband, Thomas Hopwood.  Gloria is survived by her loving daughters, Kelly Smith and her husband, John, of Union Beach, New Jersey, and Courtney Young and her husband, Jody, of Mechanicsville, Virginia, her cherished grandchildren, Eric Smith, Shannon Smith, Jose, Isabel, Alexandra, Sofia, Gabriella, Augustine, Patricia, and Lydia Fernandez, and Ryleigh Young, and her brand new great grandson, Evan Thomas Smith.  Gloria will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
