As a young boy, Frank moved to Keansburg with his mother. Frank met the love of his life, Ida Rusignuolo, and later they were wed on June 16, 1962. Frank served his country honorably in the United State Air Force. Frank was a past member of the Holmdel Kiwanis and enjoyed monthly breakfast with his friends. Frank had a forty plus-year history of being an all-around wonderful “coach”. Over that time, he coached his children and grandchildren thru all their different sports. He also coached Pop Warner in Union Beach and Hazlet Youth Athletic League. He later extended his coaching into High School, very proudly coaching football at St. John Vianney High School, Holmdel, New Jersey, where they won their only State Championship. Frank was a devoted son, husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten.
Frank was predeceased by his beloved parents, Dorothy C. (Dean) Leonard and Francis E.
