Elmora M. Loihle

Elmora M. Loihle, 98, of Union Beach, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 21, 2023 at Complete Care in Holmdel, New Jersey.  She was born Elmora Klug on September 10, 1924 in Hillside, New Jersey, where she grew up.  In 1951, she settled in Union Beach, where she remained to raise her family.  Before her retirement, Elmora worked as an office clerk for Charms Candy Company in Freehold, New Jersey.  Most of all, Elmora was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to many.  She will be deeply missed and never forgotten.

She was predeceased by her parents, John and Leola (McCauley) Klug, her beloved husband, Llewellyn D. Loihle, and her daughter, Audrey Storms.  Elmora is survived by her loving children, Deborah Florey and her husband, George, of Black Hawk, South Dakota, and Kenneth J. Loihle of Union Beach, her daughter-in-law, Wendy Loihle, and son-in-law, Lloyd Storms.  Elmora also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Patricia Florey, Alyssa Bunkowske, Ryan Loihle, Devon Loihle, Jennifer Storms, and Lloyd Storms Jr., six adored great grandchildren and three treasured great-great grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730.  A prayer service will be offered at the funeral home during visitation hours.  In respect of Elmora's wishes, she will be privately cremated.  For information, directions, or to send condolences to the family, please visit, www.shorepointfh.com.
