Elizabeth Bonnet

Elizabeth Bonnet, 86, of Holmdel, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 24, 2020 at Bayshore Medical Center in Holmdel, New Jersey.  Elizabeth was born on May 10, 1934 in Clifton, New Jersey and grew up in Bradley Beach and Keyport.  On May 31, 1954, Elizabeth and her husband, Robert, were married and began their lives together in Cliffwood Beach, where they raised their family.  In 2019, Elizabeth relocated to Holmdel.  Elizabeth was a loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother.

She was predeceased by her parents, Andrew and Emma (Geletka) Begoss, and her beloved and devoted husband, Robert William Bonnet.  Elizabeth is survived by her loving children, Robert W. Bonnet and his wife, Mindy, of Old Bridge, New Jersey, and Denise Overbeck of Connecticut, her dear brother, Andrew John Begoss, and her cherished grandchildren, Brandon, Melissa, Justin, Bryan, Tyler, and Brett.  Elizabeth will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM and Thursday morning, December 31, 2020 from 8:45 to 9:30 AM at Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday morning, December 31, 2020 at 10:00 AM at St. Benedict Roman Catholic Church, 165 Bethany Road, Holmdel, New Jersey 07733.  Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in South Amboy, New Jersey.  For information, directions or to send condolences to the family, please visit, www.shorepointfh.com.
