Elaine G. (Brunner) Serpico

Elaine G. Serpico, 90, of Keyport, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 27, 2022 at Care One in Holmdel.  She was born Elaine G. Brunner on January 7, 1932 in Elizabeth, New Jersey, and grew up in Union, New Jersey.  Later in life, Elaine settled in Keyport, New Jersey, to raise her family, where she remained.  Before her retirement, Elaine worked as the Executive Director of Kings Row Assisted Living in Middletown for many years.  In her spare time, Elaine loved to cook, especially for her family and friends.  One of her greatest joys in life was sharing her love of cooking with others by teaching them how to cook.  Above all, Elaine was a loving wife, partner, mother, grandmother, and friend to many.  She will be greatly missed, but never forgotten.

She was predeceased by her parents, Robert E. Brunner and Helen Anita (Morrison) Brunner, her beloved husband, Philip Serpico, her dear partner, Robert Halm, and her siblings, Robert Brunner and Lois Caputo.  Elaine is survived by her loving sons, Steven Serpico and his wife, Sue, of Florida, James Serpico and his wife, Carol, of Florida, and Philip Serpico and his wife, Jennifer, of Keyport, her cherished granddaughter, Dana Serpico, her treasured niece, Wendy Coutu and her husband, Tom, and many special great nieces and nephews.
