Carol Dinolfo Obituary

Carol Ann Dinolfo, who was born on March 11, 1948, in Staten Island, New York, and passed away on September 3, 2026, in Red Bank, New Jersey, was a loving woman whose life was centered on family, home, and the simple joys that brought people together.

She was born and raised in Staten Island, where she learned the values of hard work, devotion, and togetherness that would remain with her throughout her life. In 1974, she moved to Linden, and in 1986 she made her home in Middletown, where she raised her family and built a life filled with love, care, and lasting memories. Carol was a homemaker in the truest sense of the word, and she took great pride in creating a warm and welcoming home for those she loved.

Carol especially cherished family gatherings, and she found great happiness in cooking for her family. The meals she prepared were an expression of her love, and the time spent around her table was treasured by all who knew her. She had a deep appreciation for the traditions that brought her family together, and she made ordinary moments feel special through her kindness and attention to others. Her home was a place of comfort, laughter, and connection, and she will be remembered for the loving spirit she brought to every gathering.

She also enjoyed following the New York Yankees and the Minnesota Vikings, and she took pleasure in cheering for the teams she loved. These interests were part of the personality that made her so memorable to family and friends. Carol lived with warmth and sincerity, and those who knew her will remember her as a loving presence who cared deeply for the people in her life.

Carol was predeceased by her parents, Clarence and Erna (Aanonsen) Kresge, her husband, Charles R. Dinolfo Jr., and her brother, Gary Kresge. She is survived by her daughter, Christine Ann Dinolfo, and her husband, Matthew Fatjo; her son, Craig Brian Dinolfo; her son, Corey Scott Dinolfo, and his wife, Katherine; her grandchildren, Adryanna Dinolfo, Kayla Dinolfo, Callie Fatjo, and Vincent Fatjo; her brother, Glen Kresge; and her sister-in-law, Hedy Kresge. She is also remembered with love by all who were blessed to share in her life.

Carol Ann Dinolfo will be remembered for her loving nature, her devotion to family, and the many ways she made life brighter for those around her. Her legacy lives on in the family she raised, the traditions she cherished, and the love she gave so freely throughout her life.
