Arlene had a unique ability to turn strangers into fast friends. She was blessed with incredible family, friends, staff and neighbors, who overwhelmed her with love, care and kindness throughout her life.
Arlene was predeceased by her parents, Anthony and Vera (Conte) Segreto, and her sisters-in-law, Ann and Jane Bannon.
