Antoinette "Annie" Losquadro Obituary

Antoinette Losquadro, fondly known as “Annie”, 85, of Staten Island, New York, formerly of Brooklyn, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on March 25, 2021 at her daughter’s home in Brooklyn.  She was born Antoinette Caiazzo on September 20, 1935 in Brooklyn, where she grew up.  After marriage, Annie and her husband, Vincent, began their lives together in Brooklyn, where they remained to raise their family.  In 1980, they moved to Staten Island, New York.

Before her retirement, Annie worked for Ma Bell Telephone Company for many years.  She loved artwork, watching Turner Classic Movies in her spare time, and traveling.  Most of all, Annie was an extremely loving and kind woman.  She adored her family, especially her grandchildren, and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was predeceased by her parents, Attilio and Josephine (Rizzo) Caiazzo, her beloved and devoted husband, Vincent Losquadro, and her sister, Christina Caiazzo.  Annie is survived by her loving children, Christina Del Giudice of Brooklyn, and Gerard Losquadro and his wife, Colleen, of Brooklyn, her dear sister, Victoria Salvano and her husband, Dan, of Virginia, her cherished grandchildren, Anthony Del Giudice and his wife, Elyse, Victoria Del Giudice, and Cristen Agostinacchio and her husband, Carmelo, and her adored great grandchildren, CJ, Vincent, Lucca, Reina, and Isabella, along with many treasured nieces, extended family members and friends. 

Family and friends are invited to visit on Monday, March 29, 2021 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM and Tuesday morning, March 30, 2021 from 9:00 to 10:00 AM at Cusimano & Russo Funeral Home, 2005 W. 6th Street, Brooklyn, New York 11223.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Tuesday morning, March 30, 2021 at 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Grace Church, 430 Avenue W, Brooklyn, New York 11223.  Interment will follow at St. John’s Cemetery, 80-01 Metropolitan Avenue, Queens, New York 11379.  In lieu of flowers, donations in loving memory of Annie to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Shriners Hospitals for Children would be greatly appreciated.  To donate please visit, www.stjude.org and/or www.shinershospitalsforchildren.org.  For information, directions, or to send condolences to the family, please visit, www.shorepointfh.com.
