Annabelle (Tinkleman) Tobias

Annabelle Tobias, 92, of Ocean Township, New Jersey, passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2022.  She was born Annabelle Tinkelman on December 5, 1929. Annabelle was a champion of humanity. She was guided by her strong moral compass, her brilliance and love. As a dietician she was well known for her position as the Director of Dietary and Food Service at Riverview Medical Center. She was a visionary who was far ahead of her time and she was a tenacious fighter for those in need. She was greater than she ever knew and she will forever shine in all of her family.

She was predeceased by her parents Louis and Bertha (Peisner) Tinkelman. Annabelle is survived by her loving children Robin Kasowitz and her husband Mark, Karen Flannery and her partner Michael, Lisa DeHart and her husband Robert, and Steven Tobias and his wife Lin and her cherished grandchildren Sarah and her husband Jeff, Benjamin DeHart, Jennifer Stewart and her husband Ian, Alex Dehart and his wife Dayanne and Jimmy DeHart and great grandchildren Tyler, Isaac and Sadie Anne. 

Annabelle’s arrangements have been entrusted to Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730. In respect to Annabelle's wishes, her services will remain private.
