AnnLouise Dorman, 58, of Hazlet, New Jersey, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, October 4, 2025 at Bayshore Medical Center in Holmdel. She was born AnnLouise Sciacca on October 11, 1966, in Jersey City and grew up in West New York, New Jersey. AnnLouise and her beloved husband, Brian, were married on August 22, 1986, and began their life together in West New York. In 1995, they settled in Hazlet, where they remained to raise their daughter, Kristen. Throughout her life, AnnLouise worked as a hairdresser. For the last 30 years, she has worked at Highlights Hair Design Studio in Hazlet, where her countless clients have become friends over the years. In her spare time, AnnLouise loved to visit Atlantic City, especially Caesar’s Palace. Most of all, she was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend to many. She will be greatly missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
She was predeceased by her father, Antonio Sciacca, and her brother, Anthony Sciacca. AnnLouise is survived by her beloved and devoted husband of 39 years, Brian R. Dorman (retired officer with the West NY, NJ Police Department and U.S. Navy Veteran), her loving daughter, Kristen Marie Dorman and her boyfriend, Zachary Maderos, her adoring mother, Maria J. (Serpe) Sciacca, and her dear sisters, Rosemarie Sciacca, and Donnamaria Sciacca and her fiancé, Michael Iacovelli.
Family and friends are invited to visit on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM, and Wednesday morning, October 8, 2025, from 10:00 to 10:45 AM at Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730. A prayer service will be offered at the funeral home on Wednesday morning, October 8th at approximately 10:15 AM. In respect of AnnLouise’s wishes, she will be privately cremated.
