Yolanda M. Porciello

Yolanda M. Porciello, 93, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, October 15, 2019.  Yolanda was born on February 4, 1926 in Queens, New York. She also lived in Miami, Florida, and Commack, Long Island.  In 1997 she moved to Parlin, New Jersey where she settled and remained. Yolanda worked as a cashier for Ralph’s Italian Ices in Hazlet. New Jersey.

She was predeceased by her parents, Michael and Rose (Literilli) DiNovi, her husband, Joseph Porciello and 8 brothers and 3 Sisters. Yolanda is survived by her loving and devoted daughter, Michele Porter and her husband, Michael, her cherished cats, Lenox, Patrick and her adored dog, Diogi, “Yogi”. Yolanda is also survived many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Yolanda will be greatly missed, but never forgotten.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Friday, October 18, 2019 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Saturday morning from 8:15 AM to 9:00 AM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday morning, October 19, 2019 at 9:30 AM at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, 727 Highway 36, Union Beach, New Jersey 07735.  In respect of Yolanda's wishes, she will be privately cremated.  For information, directions, or to send condolences to the family, please visit, www.shorepointfh.com.
