William Howard Steinberg

William Howard Steinberg, 66, of Sayreville, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2018 at Bayshore Community Hospital in Holmdel, New Jersey.  William was born on June 28,1952 in Chester, New Jersey.  He lived in Laurence Harbor before settling with his wife and family in Sayreville, New Jersey. William worked as a Machinist for K & S Industries, Linden, New Jersey for 20 years before retiring. He loved being a machinist and did that kind of work most of his life.  He also loved singing and playing the guitar. William was also an avid Yankee fan.

He was predeceased by his father, William A. Steinberg. William is survived by his caring mother, Jean Anderson Steinberg of Chester, New Jersey, his beloved wife, Barbara Ann (Warren) Steinberg, his loving children, Andrew Steinberg of California, Erika Steinberg of New Jersey, Frank Venticinque, of Sayreville, New Jersey, and Philip Venticinque and his wife Jennifer of Franklinville, New Jersey, his dear siblings, Carol Horton, Robert Steinberg, Christina Cacchio, Martin Steinberg, and 7 cherished grandchildren. William will be greatly missed, but never forgotten.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730. In respect of William's wishes, he will be privately cremated.  A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 12:00 PM noon at the First Congregational Church of Chester, 30 Hillside Road, Chester, New Jersey 07930.  Interment of cremains will follow.  After the burial, there will be a luncheon at the church downstairs. For information, directions, or to send condolences to the family, please visit, www.shorepointfh.com.
